Welcome to the Housing Project! This page came about because someone was looking for reference to try to restore some of her villagers' original decor. By now we probably all know how silly our little AC neighbors can be with their furnishings. They have a nice house and all of a sudden, they've filled it up with clothing, bugs, fossils or fish! Then those neighbors get passed on to other people's towns and a lot of players get enjoyment out of trying to fix up their houses, so here we have the Animal Crossing Housing Project! It should be said that you will probably notice that in some cases a villager will have more than one picture for a game version. It seems their housing lay-outs aren't set in stone, but instead can have some randomness in not only furniture placement, but in what actually shows up in their house.
